Set (enable/disable) or get "always on top" mode. The "always on top" mode puts Tcl/Tk window in front of windows of the other programs. Functions that set (enable/disable) the mode:

  • set_always_on_top() -- for any Tcl/Tk window;

  • rcmdr_set_always_on_top() -- for any R Commander window.

Functions that get current mode:

  • get_always_on_top() -- for any Tcl/Tk window;

  • rcmdr_get_always_on_top() -- for any R Commander window.

`toggle_always_on_top()` toggles "always on top" state for Rcmdr.
